She completed her MBBS (with honours) from Dr. D Y Patil Medical College, Pune in 2007, followed by MD in Dermatology, from the same institute in 2012. Thereafter she worked for a period of one year in the Department of Dermatology at LTMMC (Sion Hospital), Mumbai.
The next 3 years were spent at Kalinga Hospital, Bhubaneswar, where she was able to establish the Dermatology department. Simultaneously, she worked as a Consultant at VLCC,
Bhubaneswar- for all aesthetic procedures (viz. facial fillers; botox for facial rejuvenation; chemical peels; lasers, etc.)
In the interim, she completed a Fellowship in Vitiligo Surgery (Non-Culture Melanocyte Transplant). She was the pioneer in bringing this technique to Eastern India, having performed the first successful such treatment at Kalinga Hospital.
At Kolkata, she initially worked at Ruby General Hospital for a period of one year, before embarking upon the establishment of “Re-Incarnation” in May 2020.
Re-Incarnation: The Complete Skin Care Clinic started off as a vitiligo-specific centre initially, and has now grown into a popular set up for all dermatological as well as cosmetology issues, having state-of-the-art technologies, including an Nd-YAG Q Switch laser, Fractional CO2 laser, Excimer laser as well as a complete set up for Vitiligo Surgery.
